Corimbo is 100% Tinto del Pais (Tempranillo) from Ribera del Duero. The vines are organically farmed old bush vines, producing intensely flavoured grapes. The bouquet is filled with aromas of red cherry and blackberry with hints of pine needles and cedar. The palate voluminous with plenty of supple and silky tannins. Try pairing with roast beef and sauteed carrots.

Mouth offers lots of red fruit and some darker, black fruit notes. It is kind on the palate and with good tannins and perfect balance.

Produced with Tempranillo grapes from their 25- to 30-year-old vines, the 2016 Corimbo, feels super harmonious and elegant, with subtle aromas and integrated oak. It's sleek and polished, with a soft texture and round tannins. It's subtle, serious and elegant. 115,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2018.
