What does “In Bond” mean?
Wines sold ‘in bond’ do not include any alcohol duty or VAT. The bottles/cases must be stored in a bonded account with a HMRC registered professional storage facility, they cannot be ordered for home delivery.
When these wines are withdrawn from the bonded storage facility, the duty and VAT are then payable.
Cadman Wine does not operate storage accounts on behalf of customers but we can deliver to your existing storage account or help you set one up with our preferred partners.

SPARKLING WINE
Charles Heidsieck was the first house to realise it’s prowess with Chardonnay and produce a Blanc de Blancs cuvee. The grapes are entirely sourced from Champagne’s Chardonnay heartland, the Cote des Blancs. The wine benefits from an extended ageing in the cellars before release.
Taut but also full -bodied, this cuvee carries all the hallmarks of great Chardonnay. Lemon sherbert, honeysuckle and tangerine on the nose. The palate is generous but refreshed with limey acidity and a saline finish. A delicious paring with fresh oysters.
