Arom is an elegant and perfumed Garnacha from old vines. Aromas of raspberry, blackcurrant, white pepper and thyme. The palate is refreshing with light tannin and an expressive finish. Try pairing with iberico jamon and manchego cheese.

The red previously called Pedra Forca has been renamed to Arom, of which I tasted the 2018 Arom, a blend of Garnacha with a little Syrah (5%, down from 40% in 2016) fermented with 30% full clusters and matured exclusively in concrete. This could be almost a different wine, a lot more Garnacha, fresher and more serious. It has good ripeness, a mixture of red and black fruit, more fluid, fruit-driven. 18,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2020.

Redcurrant, pepper, thyme and mineral notes. In mouth it feels fresh, with firm tannins and it is medium-bodied.
