Domaine de Fondrèche is widely recognised as one of the very best producers in the Ventoux appellation. What is more, their fine red and white wines remain exceptional value, despite the ever increasing fame and demand. Winemaker Sebastien Vincenti loves his terroir and believes that his vines are stronger when treated naturally, including 100% organic manure and no chemical herbicides.

Only made in the finest years, Divergente is the estate finest expression of Syrah. Harvested from a small plot of vines planted in 1955, this is a very special wine indeed. Reminiscent of great Hermitage, aromas of white pepper, violets, blueberries and black plums. The palate is deeply concentrated and structured, this is a serious wine. Destined to be enjoyed with a Cote de Beouf.
