Domaine Roy can trace it’s roots back as far as 1810, although things have moved on a little since then! The estate is made up of 20 hectares in Chablis, including some great premier and grand cru parcels. All the wines at Domaine Roy are fermented in steel tanks so that the vinbrancy of the grapes is preserved in the wine.
From vines planted over 40 years ago, the village level Chablis from Domaine Roy is full of citrus and green apple aromas. The palate is lively with zippy acidity. Try pairing with gougeres (cheese puffs) or escargot.
