Description
Founded in 1946, E.Guigal is known for producing some of the finest wines of the Rhone Valley. The single vineyards Cote Roties are icons of the Rhone and the target of many collectors around the world. Etinne Guigal’s son, Marcel, is now the head of the company and he is continuing to take the wines from strength to strength.
With 60 percent of the blend being Viognier, this is a particularly fragrant style of white Cotes-du-Rhone. Notes of lemon, apricot and honey suckle are immediately obvious on the nose. The palate is refreshingly fruity and vibrant whilst also being richly textured. This is a white wine that can be enjoyed on it’s own or be paired with richly flavoured fish or seafood dishes.

Pours pale with white blossom and pear notes on the nose. Floral notes mix with pear and melon with a touch of light spice on the finish.
Great value!
