Description

The Minuty history dates back to 1936 when Chateau Minuty was purchased by Gabriel Farnet. Farnet replanted the entire estate and kickstarted the journey to where Minuty is today. A state of the art winery was built in 2009 giving the team all the tools they need to produce some of the most stylish rose in Provence.

M de Minuty is all about balance and drinkability. It is one of the most popular Provence roses for a reason. Tangy red fruit notes with a hint of the tropical on the nose. The palate is light, zesty and refreshing. A glass of this is extremely reminiscent of it’s St Tropez origins.
