Description

The Minuty history dates back to 1936 when Chateau Minuty was purchased by Gabriel Farnet. Farnet replanted the entire estate and kickstarted the journey to where Minuty is today. A state of the art winery was built in 2009 giving the team all the tools they need to produce some of the most stylish rose in Provence.

The prestige rose from Minuty is the output of decades worth of experience in rose production. Prestige is made using only grapes from Minuty’s own vineyards. Low temperature fermentation is used to maximise the aromatic character of the wine. A crisp pink colour, the nose packs a punch. Aromas of grapefruit, whitecurrant and raspberry are followed by a salty and refreshing palate. Try paring with sushi or provencal stuffed vegetables.
