Maison Trimbach can trace it’s history back to 1626 and is still managed by Trimbach family today! Their classic wines are considered the bencharks for the Alsatian varieties. However, the icon Riesling ‘Clos Ste Hune’ is famous the world over. Their vineyards, and partner wine growers, are all either certified Organic or in the process of conversion.

Trimbach’s reserve Riesling is relatively dry still style of Riesling although there are still hints of sweetness on the palate. Classic riesling aromas of white flowers, lime and stone fruit. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a minerally finish. An excellent wine to enjoy by itself but will also pair well with stir-fry dishes.
