Peppoli is Antinori’s Chianti Classico estate, it’s located just 5 kilometers from the Tignanello estate. Made using mainly Sangiovese with a small portion of other local grapes, the nose is filled with sour cherry, floral notes and spicy hints of sandlewood. The palate is soft and smooth with sweet tannins and an elegant finish. Try pairing with pink lamb.
