With a small dollop of Viognier in the blned, this is an aromatic Shiraz crafted with the great wines of Cote Rotie in mind. The nose offers up a bouquet of purple flowers, cracked black pepper and inviting red fruits. The palate is full of red plun, raspberry and notes of oak. A poised Shiraz, try pairing with herb-crusted lamb.
